Job Description:
Mashambanzou Care Trust is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administration Officer to join our dedicated team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support, managing assets, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring smooth operational functions within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the organization.
- Manage organizational assets and facilitate their procurement.
- Ensure smooth office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- A Diploma/Certificate in Administration, Purchasing and Supply, or related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative capacity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act professionally in all situations.
- Mature and responsible individual.
