Job Description:
Mashambanzou Care Trust is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administration Officer to join our dedicated team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support, managing assets, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring smooth operational functions within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the organization.
  • Manage organizational assets and facilitate their procurement.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • A Diploma/Certificate in Administration, Purchasing and Supply, or related field is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act professionally in all situations.
  • Mature and responsible individual.
