About Us:
Mashambanzou Care Trust is dedicated to making a difference in our community through our comprehensive care programs.

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to support our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:
The HR Officer will assist with various HR functions, including:

  • Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Managing employee relations and performance management processes
  • Administering compensation and benefits
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Upholding compliance with labour laws and HR best practices

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • A related professional qualification is an advantage
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Counselling skills
