We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to support our human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:
The HR Officer will assist with various HR functions, including:
- Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Managing employee relations and performance management processes
- Administering compensation and benefits
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Upholding compliance with labour laws and HR best practices
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- A related professional qualification is an advantage
- 2 – 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field
- Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Counselling skills
