Job Description

The Group Marketing Executive is pivotal in shaping strategic marketing and communications solutions that align with brand and group objectives.

This role will provide strong leadership in the marketing and communications departments to deliver value-added solutions for all stakeholder groups.

The executive will implement comprehensive strategies that unify marketing, communications, and corporate affairs.

Role Responsibilities

• Marketing Leadership: Drive marketing, communications, public affairs, and the business plan, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
• Strategic Alignment: Integrate marketing and communications strategy into the Group’s business planning processes, providing insights and feedback for group and business unit strategies.
• Communication Implementation: Supervise internal and external communication plans in collaboration with business units.

• Public Image Management: Assist the GCEO and business unit executives in strategies that bolster the company’s public image and maintain key relationships in adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Targeted Marketing Plans: Develop and execute marketing plans for specific customer segments, aligning marketing strategies with the overall Group and business unit objectives, including comprehensive support for product launches.

• Digital Marketing Strategy: Lead the development of an integrated digital marketing strategy alongside the Financial Services strategy.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to discover trends and opportunities within the financial services sector, utilizing customer insights to refine product development and marketing approaches.

• Sustainability Strategy: Formulate a sustainability strategy in line with the Group’s broader sustainability goals and develop relevant KPIs to monitor progress.
• Customer Engagement: Foster engagement with customers and stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives.

• Ethical Marketing Oversight: Ensure responsible marketing of all group products, complying with sustainability standards and legal regulations.
• Corporate Affairs Management: Develop strategies for corporate social responsibility that reinforce the corporate brand, managing relationships with government bodies, media, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred.
• Experience: At least 10 years of expertise in Marketing Communications and Corporate Affairs at an executive level, ideally within a multinational context. Proven success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies is essential.

• Skills:

  • Experience with public relations, media management, and crisis communication.
  • Strong analytical skills for market analysis and campaign effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.
