Position: Human Resources Manager

Role Profile:
The Human Resources Manager will report directly to the Group Head of Human Resources and will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services throughout the organization.
This leadership role involves providing guidance on HR-related matters, promoting positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies that align with corporate strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization is staffed with competent personnel.
- Advise management on employment relations dynamics and the disciplinary process.
- Develop and manage the human resources budget.
- Assist in crafting performance management contracts according to organizational strategy.
- Oversee mid-year and annual performance management processes and staff evaluations.
- Implement performance management strategies to foster a culture of performance.
- Monitor performance contracts and evaluate staff performance.
- Recommend performance improvement plans for underperforming employees in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Champion employee wellness initiatives and manage HR administration.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to align HR plans with business objectives.
- Forecast future HR needs based on growth, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all jobs have been analyzed, and maintain an updated database of job descriptions.
- Manage the job description development process for new positions in consultation with relevant divisions or departments.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in strategic human resources management.
- Proficient with HR software, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent collaborative skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent field.
- A Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Professional Qualification or Affiliation (e.g., IPMZ) is desirable.
- A minimum of eight years of practical HR management experience in the banking sector, with a focus on performance management and HR planning.
