Partner Development Manager (PDM)
Location: South Africa

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
The Partner Development Manager will engage with a diverse range of cloud solutions to support a designated group of resellers in the region. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing a partners ecosystem while demonstrating the value of cloud workloads including Azure, Google, Acronis, etc.
- Onboarding new partners and building a robust pipeline.
- Implementing effective marketing strategies and engaging with partners to address their concerns.
- Analyzing sales data to determine the most effective sales approaches and improve customer relationships.
- Developing sales reports and driving sales growth through collaboration with our vendors.
Education, Experience & Skills:
Candidates must possess:
- Technical knowledge of various cloud offerings (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Cloud certifications like MS-900 and AI Fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience in partner management or sales.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
The SOC Manager will oversee the activities of Cyber Security personnel, ensuring optimal functioning of the Security Operations Center. Responsibilities include:
- Managing cyber security operations and leading threat detection and analysis activities.
- Overseeing incident response and building relationships with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
- Developing operational runbooks and reporting metrics to senior management.
- Leading workforce development initiatives and mentoring team members.
Qualifications & Experience:
Candidates should have:
- A relevant degree or diploma in IT Security.
- At least one security certification (CISSP, GCIH, GSEC, CEH).
- A minimum of six years of work experience, with three years in a management role within a SOC.
