The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Accounting
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of practical accounting experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work in teams

  • Excellent proficiency in computer skills, especially with MS Excel and MS Word
  • Proficient communication skills in both written and oral formats
  • A commitment to our aims and philosophy, along with personal integrity and self-confidence

  • Flexibility, creativity, and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Experience with NGOs and computerized accounts packages
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for short periods
