What Oxfam Is Looking For
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of practical accounting experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work in teams
- Excellent proficiency in computer skills, especially with MS Excel and MS Word
- Proficient communication skills in both written and oral formats
- A commitment to our aims and philosophy, along with personal integrity and self-confidence
- Flexibility, creativity, and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Experience with NGOs and computerized accounts packages
- Willingness to travel occasionally for short periods
