About Us

World Mental Resilience Programs (WMRP) is a registered and licensed mental health private practice consultancy dedicated to enhancing the sustainable availability, accessibility, affordability, and embracement of mental health interventions for individuals and communities.

We specialize in designing and implementing mental health solutions, policies, and strategies that are ethical, evidence-based, and culturally competent. As of September 2023, WMRP leads the provision of psychological interventions in Zimbabwe under the National Mental Health Partners, coordinating efforts with the Government of Zimbabwe’s Ministry of Health and Child Care and the World Health Organization (WHO).

Our mission is to empower individuals and communities with mental health literacy to prevent crises and build resilience. We believe that anyone can facilitate meaningful conversations that may save lives, and thus, we emphasize the importance of equipping our society with essential mental health knowledge and skills.


Job Summary

We are looking for two Corporate Social Responsibility Officers to develop, implement, and manage our CSR initiatives across our locations in Harare and Bulawayo. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in CSR, community development, and stakeholder engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop CSR Strategy: Align and implement our CSR strategy with business objectives and values.
  • Build Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with community organizations, charities, and other stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Coordinate CSR projects, including volunteer programs, donations, and sponsorships.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, NGOs, and government agencies.
  • Impact Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the impact of our CSR initiatives, providing reports on progress and outcomes.
  • Promotional Collaborations: Work with the communications team to promote CSR initiatives and achievements through various channels.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards related to CSR.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in CSR, community development, or a related area.
  • Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of CSR principles, practices, and current trends.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
