Purpose of the Job:
The Administrative Assistant (Revenue Operations) plays a vital role in providing comprehensive support to the Director of Revenue Operations and all other functions within the department. This position is key in ensuring smooth operational processes and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Organize and manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, appointments, and events related to revenue operations.
  • Communication Handling: Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Director, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Documentation and Filing: Maintain and organize important documents, records, and files related to the Director’s office.
  • Reporting: Prepare and organize revenue operations-related reports and presentations as required.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from revenue operations-related meetings.
  • Client Relations: Assist in managing client relationships, coordinate client meetings, and address inquiries and concerns.
  • Project Support: Provide support for revenue operations-related projects and initiatives, coordinating project tasks as needed.
  • Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements for the Director and other team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.
  • Expense Management: Assist the Director in managing office-related expenses, processing invoices, and tracking budget allocations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of revenue operations-related activities.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling all communications in the Director’s office.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Director.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 ‘O’ Levels including English and Mathematics/Accounts.
  • At least 2 A ‘Levels or equivalent.
  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
  • A degree in Business Management or a related field is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience in a similar environment.

Competencies:

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
