Willbey Solutions is committed to supporting local businesses and fostering growth within the community. We specialize in providing tailored financial solutions to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and administer overall business operations at the branch, developing efficient and robust operational systems.
- Manage all loan cycle processes and establish a work plan to achieve business objectives.
- Review and control the branch’s operating costs within budgetary constraints to maintain cost-effective operations.
- Provide comprehensive reports to management on branch performance and address any significant issues.
- Drive initiatives to improve branch profitability and perform any other assigned duties as necessary.
- Grow the loan portfolio to meet established targets and expectations.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Studies, or a related field.
- A professional qualification in Credit Management, Credit Administration, Securities Management, or IOBZ is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a banking or microfinance environment, with expertise in customer service and credit granting processes.
