ZERA is seeking the services of a highly competent, professional, and results-oriented individual who can elevate the organization to new heights in the following role:
CORPORATE SERVICES DIRECTOR: GRADE E3
Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Corporate Services Director will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on operational efficiency and overseeing critical functions that ensure the organization’s smooth operation and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Job Functions:
- Provide strategic guidance to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
- Develop and implement HR policies; manage recruitment, performance, and staff development while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Provide strategic direction for IT systems and drive digital transformation initiatives while ensuring cybersecurity measures are in place.
- Oversee the administration and asset management functions, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Manage the Authority’s vehicle fleet and ensure optimal utilization.
- Coordinate the development of the organizational strategy and track ZERA’s strategic plans.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and advise management on necessary policy adjustments.
- Lead organizational culture initiatives and manage change effectively.
Key Job Requirements:
The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor of Laws Degree, Economics, Public Administration, Monitoring and Evaluation, IT, or Accounting.
- A relevant Master’s Degree such as MBA or MBL.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role with a strong focus on Human Resources Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Information Technology, and Administration.
- Proven leadership capabilities in managing human resources, IT systems, and organizational performance.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, Information Technology best practices, and Performance Management tools.
- Excellent strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational skills.
- Experience in developing and executing HR, IT, and Performance Management frameworks as well as administration strategies in large, complex organizations.
- Ability to monitor and evaluate organizational performance, utilizing data analytics to inform decisions and enhance outcomes.
