World Mental Resilience Programs (WMRP) is a licensed mental health consultancy dedicated to promoting sustainable mental health interventions. We provide evidence-based solutions, programs, strategies, and policies aimed at enhancing mental health accessibility and affordability for all.
Currently, we lead the provision of psychological interventions across Zimbabwe under the auspices of the National Mental Health Partners, coordinated by the Ministry of Health and Child Care and the World Health Organization (WHO).
At WMRP, we focus on developing and implementing mental health literacy empowerment interventions and crisis support solutions. Our expert team includes licensed psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and development practitioners.

Job Summary
We are looking for two motivated Corporate Social Responsibility Assistants to join our team and support our community-impact initiatives. Candidates should have a keen interest in corporate social responsibility, community development, and mental health.
Key Responsibilities
- Support CSR Initiatives: Assist in developing and implementing corporate social responsibility programs.
- Research Partnerships: Identify and research community organizations and charities for potential collaboration.
- Coordinate Volunteer Programs: Help organize and manage volunteer opportunities, donations, and sponsorships.
- Relationship Development: Maintain connections with stakeholders such as non-profits and local government agencies.
- Impact Evaluation: Assist in monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of CSR initiatives.
- Reporting: Help prepare reports and presentations detailing CSR activities and their outcomes.
- Administrative Support: Provide general support for tasks related to corporate social responsibility.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate social responsibility, community development, or a related sector.
- Knowledge: Understanding of CSR principles, practices, and current trends.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
