Job Description:
Nash Paints Inc is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Officer to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. If you are passionate about digital marketing and have a proven track record in the field, we encourage you to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating strategies to build lasting digital connections with consumers.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Launch optimized online advertisements through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc., to increase company and brand awareness.
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts, including keyword and image optimization.
- Prepare and distribute online newsletters through various channels.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the company website.
- Collaborate with designers to enhance user experience.
- Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using various web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
- Keep abreast of online marketing trends and update strategies accordingly.
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Officer or in a similar role.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends).
- Strong skills in creative content writing.
- Analytical mindset with critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and creative approach.
- Outgoing and sociable character.
- BSc/BA in marketing or a relevant field.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015 is an added advantage.
