The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is seeking dedicated and qualified individuals to join our team as Custodians in Harare, Zimbabwe. The ideal candidates will help ensure that our facilities provide a welcoming environment for members to worship, learn, and engage in spiritual activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform journey-level custodial work to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of Church facilities.
• Operate custodial equipment such as buffers, carpet cleaners, vacuums, and more.
• Lift up to 50 lbs, push carts of loaded materials, and perform physical tasks including bending, crawling, and reaching.

• Understand and follow safety procedures and equipment usage training.
• Communicate effectively in English for general instructions, security protocols, and safety training.
• Work discreetly and maintain confidentiality and integrity in all responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current Temple Recommend and be an endowed member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 3 years of related custodial experience.

• Understanding of custodial procedures, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts as required.
• A current health and safety certificate is an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
