Position: Graduate Trainee – Procurement
Location: Bindura, Zimbabwe

Job Overview:
The successful candidates will be part of an intensive 18-month in-house training program within the Procurement Management Unit.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent.
- Degree completion within the last 1-4 years.
- Candidates must be below 30 years of age and possess a good disciplinary record.
- At least one year of relevant industry experience during undergraduate studies or post-qualification.
- A theoretical understanding of Public Procurement is essential.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Quick learner with a passion for procurement and supply chain management.
- Self-driven, able to meet deadlines, and demonstrate unquestionable integrity.
- Commitment to ethics and teamwork.
- Ability to work under pressure both independently and as part of a team.
