Job Description:

We are seeking young, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our team as Loan Officers. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for managing the loan process from application to disbursement and ensuring timely repayment.

You will play a crucial role in assessing clients, managing relationships, and contributing to the growth of our loan portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing loan applications efficiently and accurately.
• Conducting thorough client assessments to determine creditworthiness.
• Managing loan disbursements and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Monitoring loan performance and following up on delinquent accounts.

• Preparing and submitting monthly reports on loan portfolio performance.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Adhering to all relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least good A-Level passes in commercial subjects (e.g., Accounting, Economics, Business Studies).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
