WILLBEY SOLUTIONS is on the lookout for dynamic and experienced Loans Officers to join our dedicated team. If you have a solid background in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) lending and are passionate about empowering local businesses, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the SME lending business by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Utilize business development skills to identify and engage potential SME clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the lending process.
- Conduct thorough credit appraisals and manage loan portfolios effectively.
- Enforce a 100% collection rate through the implementation of effective repayment strategies.
- Retain clients by delivering outstanding service and support.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SME lending and business development.
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly related to lending challenges faced by SME clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Shona, or Ndebele.
- A degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Studies, or a related field.
