Key Responsibilities:
- Contact Potential or Existing Customers: Utilize provided scripts to inform customers about our products and services.
- Answer Questions: Address inquiries regarding products and the company.
- Understand Customer Requirements: Engage with customers to identify their needs and effectively close sales.
- Marketing and Sales Conversion: Promote our products and translate marketing activities into sales results.
- Manage Customer Information: Accurately enter and update customer details in our database.
- Process Orders: Handle customer orders with precision.
- Address Grievances: Uphold the company’s reputation by managing customer concerns efficiently.
- Exceed Sales Quotas: Strive to surpass sales targets and facilitate future sales opportunities.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Medical Detailing, or Sales.
- A valid and clean driver’s license.
