Job Description:
As a Regional Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the administration of the Branch by supervising and training staff, maintaining production records, and ensuring that Field Managers receive up-to-date production information. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing and analyzing monthly commission accounts for sales advisors.
- Attending to general branch administration.
- Training the sales force on OIPA and ensuring timely distribution of unpaid premium notices.
- Preparing and analyzing retention merit lists, and making recommendations to Branch Management based on trends.
- Analyzing lapses and cancellations to evaluate market trends and penetration.
- Managing clerical duties, such as answering calls and handling basic financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Administration: Update and provide best practice support on documents, databases, and other departmental systems; manage budgets and expenses.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain correspondence and records for senior colleagues.
- Document Preparation: Prepare routine letters, reports, and memoranda using standard office software.
- Work Scheduling and Allocation: Coordinate work schedules and assign short-term tasks when necessary.
- Operations Management: Carry out operational tasks by following established processes.
- Internal Client Relationship Management: Support and build effective working relationships internally.
- Operational Compliance: Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Extract and input relevant data into spreadsheets.
- Personal Capability Building: Participate in training activities to enhance your skills.
