Job Description:
Panmart is seeking a young, driven, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, making cold calls, following up on leads, conducting meetings, preparing proposals, and delivering impactful presentations.
We are looking for individuals who possess a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving their targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential customers and markets.
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
- Cold Calling:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company products or services.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to identify customer needs and qualify leads.
- Follow-Up:
- Maintain consistent communication with leads and prospects to nurture relationships.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries and maintain a record of interactions.
- Meetings:
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to discuss their needs.
- Build rapport and establish trust during face-to-face and virtual interactions.
- Proposal Writing:
- Prepare customized proposals that address client needs and highlight the benefits of our products or services.
- Ensure proposals are clear, professional, and persuasive.
- Presentations:
- Deliver engaging presentations to prospects and stakeholders.
- Use presentation tools to effectively communicate value propositions and close deals.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and proposals.
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to management.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in marketing, business management, or other business-related fields.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and proposal writing abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, and CRM tools).
Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients and delivering presentations.
