Qualifications:

Experience:
- Prior experience as a Medical Delegate or representative within the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in data management using digital devices and intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is required.
Position Summary:
As a Tele-Medical Delegate, you will play a crucial role in promoting the importance of breastfeeding and the significance of infant nutrition during the first 1,000 days of life. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Product and Concept Detailing:
- Detail the Nestlé Infant Nutrition (NIN) product range to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in your assigned territory.
- Utilize professional negotiation skills and sound product knowledge to engage effectively with HCPs.
- Territory Management:
- Manage a territory consisting of approximately 1,000 HCPs, including healthcare institutions and clinics.
- Ensure effective field force operations through adherence to master data management, HCP classification, and segmentation strategies.
- Execute territory action plans and manage schedules to optimize engagement rates with HCPs.
- Compliance:
- Uphold the Code Management System to ensure all activities comply with the WHO International Code for the marketing of breastmilk substitutes, Nestlé Guidelines, and applicable local regulations.
What Will Make You Successful:
- Possess a B/BSc in Dietetics, Biochemistry, Nutrition, or Nursing with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bilingual communication skills in Shona and Ndebele are essential.
- Proven experience as a Medical Delegate or in a pharmaceutical representative role.
- Strong data management skills using digital tools, and proficiency with MS Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent planning, organization, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Willingness to travel, including potential overnight trips.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
